a GREAT stay
hospitable host convenient parking freshly prepared breakfast
Kevin allowed me to park the car in his drive. This was a HUGE help. Breakfast included great choices and was freshly prepared. I appreciated having that option so early.
the location requires careful planning due to its proximity to the low emission zone. parking was a concern. There is no dedicated car park, just street parking.

My single room included fluffy towels and coffee and tea. The bed offered enough comfort and pillows were plentiful. Hot water was readily available for showers.

The owners, they give helpful tips. They helped me with my bags, i DID appreciate that a lot. It is a great personal touch.

Excellent hospitality!
amazing hosts detailed map wonderful breakfast
Kevin and Susan were AMAZING hosts. They explained how to get around and made notes on a map for tours. They cooked a wonderful breakfast AND packed one for my early flight. The hotel itself is charming. Every detail is considered.
I have to say, the location is near the Low Emission Zone, which will come into force soon.

The gentleman at reception helped in any way he could. He booked a restaurant. He also provided plug adapters AND umbrellas. The staff team were very accommodating and friendly.

The hotel is close to a bus stop. It is a short trip to the city centre. The bus stop on the main road is a 2-minute walk. It runs regularly. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood.

Breakfast was delicious and made to order. I enjoyed it in the dining room. The breakfast was superb. It was always freshly prepared and tasty. Breakfast options were plentiful.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
room cleanliness on-site parking
I encountered a couple of issues . The room cleanliness was not up to par. I spotted a hair clip and some threads on the floor. It seemed the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. while the location is near public transport, the lack of on-site parking created a challenge. I had to park several streets away, inconvenient.
